Production process

• Consistent ink transfer by controlling runout of base roll through a ceramic layer. This is to enhance the laser precision to obtain proper cell shape and volume.
• Porosity of ceramic surface less than 0.5%, high efficiency ink transfer.

 

Anilox roll certification

With using Digital Scan Device to guarantee as follow :
• Diameter accuracy
• Line Screen
• Consistent and precise volume
