Production process
• Consistency ink transfer by controlling roundness of core base roll through a ceramic layer. This is to support precision of laser target, to establish proper cell cavity.
• Porosity of ceramic surface less than 0.5%, powerful efficiency of ink transfer.
Anilox roll certification
We use Digital Scan Device to warranty on as follow :
• Outer Diameter
• Surface length
• Line screen & volume

Reduce corrosion of Anilox rolls without immersing the Anilox rolls into chemicals.
Using Microbeads to clean the clogged ink until all cell holes are clean.
ANILOX ROLL INSPECTION
We inspect the surface condition of anilox roll by using Digital Scan Device.
